Sports Day June 2018

Eventually! See the children have an amazing sports day and check out the staff having an equally chuckling time. Such a good day had by all and well done Gulls for winning the house cup. Come on Herons and Puffins however it had been awhile since Gulls won so we'll let them bask in their glory.

Swalecliffe at Leicester City FC 2018

Swalecliffe had an amazing opportunity to attend Leicester City football ground. Next step premiership football!!!!!

Sportshall Athletics District 2018

After winning the local Sportshall Athletics Competition we ventured outside the Bubble to Gillingham to take part in the district finals. We had an amazing time, the children were enthusiastic and after competing against 15 top schools of the finest athletes they did exceedingly well to achieve 9th place in Kent. WELL DONE to all the competitors.

Sportshall Athletics Jan 2018

23 children from Year 6 competed against 15 local schools in both track and field events. They achieved 1st place, winning by an outstanding 78 points. This led them to a place in the Kent district event finals on February 5th.

Speedstacking Dec 2017

Pupils from KS1/2 went to Herne Bay High to compete against local primary schools in speed stacks, walking away with the fastest round, 2 seconds!!!! and 3rd place. Welll Done Team Swalecliffe.

County Football Nov 2017

Swalecliffe entered two teams into the boys’ tournament and one team into the girls’ tournament. It was held at the University of Kent on their Astroturf pitches. There were over 20 schools competing in each the boys and the girls tournaments.
The girls played very well but struggled to score many goals. They drew with Joy Lane and Hampton but lost narrowly to Briary.
The B team played four qualifying games in their group and won two and drew two, coming second in their group. In the quarter finals they narrowly lost 1- 0 to Joy Lane.
The A team won every game and met the Joy Lane team that had beaten the B team. They won the Final 2-0 and became

Children from years 5 and 6 went along to Spires Academy and bounced their way to 6th and 7th place respectfully out of 16 teams.
